Wire Twisting Forceps

13.0 mm jaw length, 5-1/2″ (14.0 cm) Wire Twisting Forceps are specially designed forceps required to manipulate and twist off wire after it has been secured. Many procedures require the use of wire to stabilize a graft or to give the areas that was operated on additional support. This confers additionally stability thus reducing likelihood of trauma during the recovery period. Often the wire segments that are inserted must be secured by twisting. This instrument features jaws with serrations on them that allow for reduced slippage.
