A variety of procedures require the insertion of pins to stabilize an inserted graft or to hold together certain portions of bone during the procedure. Procedures such as fracture repair of the hip or other bones necessitate an instrument such as a pin cutter to modify the pins to an appropriate length for each individual patient. This instrument is available in three lengths and three different cutting capacity including a diameter of 3.2 mm, 4.7 mm or 6.4 mm making it suitable for a vast array of pins. Additionally this cutter is end cutting and is crafted from stainless steel.
